Two neighbouring apartment buildings at Slussgatan built for Swedish railway employees. The older, at number 12, was designed by architect Alfred Arwidius and built 1899–1901; the younger, known as Gustav, followed in 1906–07 to a design by Folke Zettervall, the State Railways' chief architect for 35 years, who later went on to rebuild the grand train halls of Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö's own central stations.
