Three of Skåne's largest food-industry players — Skånska Lantmännen, Skanek, and Skånemejerier — jointly built this ten-storey office tower in the Rosengård district in the 1970s, to a design by architect Holger M. Lundquist. Beyond housing Rosengård's district administration and Skånemejerier's headquarters, the building holds a bank and restaurant, and since 1976 its entrance hall has displayed artist John Wipp's brick relief series 'Odling-växande' (Cultivation-Growing).
