Store Kapel

Architect Frederik M. Draiby designed the larger of the two chapels at Vestre Kirkegård, completed in 1927 — decades before Henning Larsen's smaller chapel crematorium joined it on the same grounds, a cemetery established in 1927 as one of Aarhus's two large municipal burial sites.
